We do not offer refunds—all sales are final, except for items damaged during transit, which may be eligible for a refund upon verification. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before completing a purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy
We allow returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
  • The item received is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong item was sent.

If you receive a product that meets these conditions, please follow these steps:

  4. Replacement or Exchange – Depending on stock availability, we will either send you a replacement item or allow you to exchange it for another product of equal value.

 Important Notes:
  • Returns will not be accepted if you fail to report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Customer-damaged items (due to misuse, alteration, or negligence) will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Items damaged during transit are eligible for a refund, subject to verification.
